After I did a mail merge, I went to print the form letters and all of the
words and fields squished together into an unrecognizable thin column that printed. I cannot "unsquish" the letters and if I try to create another document, all letters are typing over each other. What has caused this and how can I correct it? Thank you |

My guess is a corrupt or inadequate printer driver. See if there's an update
available from the manufacturer. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org number cruncher wrote: After I did a mail merge, I went to print the form letters and all of the words and fields squished together into an unrecognizable thin column that printed.
