I create a lot of individual letters and wonder if there is a shortcut to
print an envelope from the letter without having to select Tools -- Letters
and Mailings -- Envelopes and Labels?

I could save a lot of time if there was a shortcut key to print the envelope.

Simplest is to go to ToolsCustomize & click the 'Keyboard' button. Select
'Tools' in the Category list & locate ToolsCreateEnvelope in the Commands
list, assign a keystroke to it. That will at least get you to the dialog box
a lot more quickly.

For more than that you will have to record a macro that executes the
operation. The macro can have a keystroke assigned to it and/or be added to a
toolbar and/or added to a menu.

Alternatively, you can drag the same command from the Commands tab to a
toolbar (it has its own button icon).
