Multi-Frame web page, When I cick File-Web Page Preview, it will only show
me the page that my insertion point is in. ie: two frames, left and main, my insertion point is in the Left frame and it only shows the web page for that frame. How can I get Web Page Preview to show the frameset page (whoole web page), and not the individual web pages in each frame???!?! Its frustrating! |

Hi Goowa,
Word 2003 sees each of the Frame pages as a separate document and presents them that way in both Web Page Preview and Print Preview. To preview the Frameset (saved as an .htm or .mht page) you can open it from Windows Explorer into your browser. When you save as .htm, .mht or .doc files (for a 2 frame webpage) there would be 3 files. The one you 'name' when saving and one for each of the individual frames. ====== "Goowa" wrote in message ... This may be done in MS-Front Page (a software designed specifically for web pages.) |
