I am having difficulties controlling what information that Word uses as the
summary for a page that appears in a small yellow box when using the right-hand vertical scroll bar. It usually says the Page # and the heading. For some reason it is picking up some bulleted sections that are not even formatted as a heading. |

Maybe some of your bulleted paras have acquired an outline level. If it bothers you enough to go to the trouble, you could test if the macro from http://www.word.mvps.org/faqs/general/DocumentMap.htm fixes things. Regards, Klaus |
