After customizing my Word toolbars, they are no longer there when I reopen
Word. If I change the normal.dot template, it causes the program to crash. I tried saving a blank template form separately, but it still opens with the original normal.dot (uncustomized). |

Thanks. Our agency just switched to Adobe Acrobat 7.0.5 and, sure enough,
