I have been trying to create one larger document with labels, several pages
long. As I move to the second page, the formatting dissolves and I cannot seem to get it back. Is there a way to fix this easily? |

If you're dealing with the kind of label setup that has narrow spacer rows
between the label rows, then just tabbing to get another row of labels won't work. Although you can replicate the setup by copying and pasting a pair of rows (one of labels and one spacer row), whenever you get more than a page or two of labels, you're better off creating them with a mail merge.
