Default change label type in Word

I have an old set of labels in Word 97 or Word 2000 (not sure which) and I
would like to change the type of label I'm using without retyping the data.

I think Graham Mayor's site has instructions on using your old labels as a
mailmerge source for creating some new ones. I suspect this is the easiest
way to go about this.

It's probably the only practical way -
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm then
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
Unfortunately my web server seems to be having a hiccup this morning so if
you cannot access the pages, please try a bit later.
