How can I change a phrase that occurs multiple times in a document without
changing each phrase individually? |

Edit Replace
Type the current phrase in the "Find Waht" box Type the desired phrase in the "Replace With" box Click Replace All OR: click Find Next, examine what's found, and decide whether to Replace, or leave this instance unchanged and Find Next -- Ted |
