Default How to move my MSWord settings--toolbars & such--to new computer

i'm getting a new computer and want to copy the MSWord files that contain my
personalized settings--toolbars and the like. What are the files that
contain all the modifications i've made to Word? Are these what are called
templates? Where are they stored?

Thanks.
