I have enclosures and need to copy others, how do I do it?
I am trying to place thes two final lines on my letter, does anyone know the
definitive answer? |

I have enclosures and need to copy others, how do I do it?
If you're using a letter template, you may well find styles defined for
Enclosures and Copy List, but basically you just add two paragraphs, one saying "Enclosures" and the other saying "cc:" followed by the names of those to be copied. Use a hanging indent on the latter paragraph, aligned with the name following "cc:" If you plan to list the enclosures, a hanging indent is good there, too. Add some Space Before to each paragraph to separate them from each other and the signature block. -- Suzanne S.
