Default Animated BANNER

Years ago (in previous versions of Word) I remember that under Format, Font,
Text Effect there used to be a listing for "banner". You typed what you
wanted and this text would scroll across the document. This seems to have
disappeared with newer versions.

Does anyone know how to insert a banner into a word Document? This would be
very useful for my applications.

Thanks.

Default Animated BANNER

Hi Yappy Box,

The feature was scrolling/Marquee text and was from the WebTools menu. Microsoft disabled that feature in Service Pack 2 to Windows
XP as a security precaution and has not reenabled that feature.
