How do I record radio from the internet using Office 2003, Windows Media
Player 10 and a Realtek AC97 Audio sound card?

There is no function in Word to do this. You will need specialised software
to capture most internet radio eg Advanced Sound Recorder - but this is not
the place to discuss such matters.

Word 2003 cannot record radio from the internet.
