Default Entering text that has been copied from a PDF file

I recently copied a PDF file from the internet onto a Word document so I
would be able to enter text into some of the fields I was unable to do this
on the original pdf format and I am still unable to do this in Word.

Is there a way to manipulate this document, I would appreciate any
suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

No, not unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat or some other third
party software that can convert the .pdf document.
