Hi ?B?amVyZWZsZGl2ZXI=?=,

Need some help editing web pages downloaded from the internet or email.
How to get started, how to save finished product.

The best advice: do NOT try to use Word to edit web pages. It has very
limited support. Primarily, all you can do is create formatted text. Use
a product explicitly developed for this purpose, such as Front Page.
There are any number of them out there; all will do a better job than
Word for general editing and creation of web pages.
