Default Landscape format and e-mail

I need to send multiple copies of documents that are formated in landscape
mode and every time I do, the receipant tells me that they cannot print the
document correctly. Is there a way to send a landscape document that will
print out correctly without the receipant having to reset their print
choices? Also, does anyone know if you can successfully e-mail a Publisher
document that it in landscape mode with graphics?

You can email a Pub document. No problem. Of course the recipient has to
have Publisher (same or newer version) to open the file.
