We are trying to get a merge to print record 1 and record 2 on the same sheet
for a mailing we are preparing. Our datasource is an excel sheet - there are 25,000 records. We are printing Mr. Smith on the top of the page, and Mr. Downs on the bottom of the page - we had the printer set it up for us like that so we could ink jet them ourselves....then cut them to the 6x9 size after ink jetting....anyone have experience with this?!?!? HELP! Our deadline is unbelievable.... |

Insert the fields for record 1. Copy them to make record 2. Insert a Next
Record field before Record 2. If you don't know how to insert one, use ctrl-F9 to insert the special field braces {} and type NEXT in between them. test the merge on a small number of records. if your deadline is tight I would do the merge in batches.
