Default Word document points to French dictionary

document text is pretty much all underlined in red. Document came from
Quebec and the dictionery seems to think it is a french dictionary even
though the Custom Dictionary is English US. Any ideas how to make sure it is
poiting to the English dictionary?

In the Word document where this problem occurs, press Ctrl+A to
select all of the text, click on Tools | Language | Set Language
| choose your language | uncheck the "Detect language
automatically" and "Do not check spelling or grammar" boxes | OK.
