Default work wont save to disc

trying to save work to disc it keeps saying "see administrator".
i have checked in the control panel and i am set as the administrator?
please advise.

Don't every try to save a Word document directly to any kind of
removable disk (floppy, CD-RW, zip drive, etc.). Besides the sort of
difficulty you're running into, Word has a record of corrupting
documents or even trashing the whole disk.

Instead, save to the hard drive. Close the document, and then copy the
file to the removable disk. If you need to edit the document again,
copy it to the hard drive and work on it there; DO NOT open it
directly from the removable disk.
