assigning a keyboard shortcut to a text string
I type the word "organization" with a variety of suffixes often. How do I
assign a keyboard shortcut to the word organization, and leave the cursor after the "n", ie I don't want a space to appear after the insertion of the word organization? TIA ... Greg |

In the Tools | Customize dialog, click on Keyboard... In the Customize
Keyboard dialog, scroll down to AutoText in the Categories list, then find your AutoText entry in the AutoText list. Select it, press the desired shortcut key, and click Assign, then Close. -- Suzanne S.
