I have a long table/report in Word XP. I posted a comment in a cell on the
15th page of table. I no longer want the comment there however when I try to delete the comment (by a variety of means), the last 2 columns of the table disappear. Word 2000 did not behave this way. I am frustrated trying to get rid of something I no longer need in the table. What is the solution? |

Hi ?B?Tml0YQ==?=,
I have a long table/report in Word XP. I posted a comment in a cell on the 15th page of table. I no longer want the comment there however when I try to delete the comment (by a variety of means), the last 2 columns of the table disappear. Word 2000 did not behave this way. I am frustrated trying to get rid of something I no longer need in the table. What is the solution? Does this happen generally, even in a new document? Or is the problem restricted to this one document or table? I suspect it's a form of corruption (likely the table). Does the table contain only text, and is it a simple grid (no merged cells)?
