Default how to extract a page from 100page word file with footer & header

Iam having a word file of so many pages and i want to extract four to five
pages from that file randomly with the format which they have and the same
footer and header they have. How to do it??

Not easily. Best to direct this question to a VBA group, as it would require
a programmed (not recorded) macro solution.

FWIW, a macro solution is included in the "Office VBA Macros you can use
Today" book that was published recently. But of course you have to pay for
that. And it's much too long to reproduce in a message here. The code and
instructions cover more than four pages...
