Default Why does my logo move when using template for letters?

Having saved the master as a document template when I go to use it the logo,
which is saved in the margin moves down when the Enter key is pressed, any
info would be appreciated to overcome this problem.

Presumably you didn't put the logo/letterhead in the header. See

Put it in your first-page header. Take a look at: How to set up letterhead
or some other document where you want one header on the first page and a
different header on other pages.

instructions. (It also has the following links)
