i held the shift key down for too long
i held the shift key down for more than eight seconds by mistake and now i
can not type any comas or numbers it is like the caps look is on i have tried gone into accessibility options and unticked all the boxes but it is still happening |

Control Panel Accessibility Options | Deselect Sticky Keys
