Inserting ClipArt into Word from Office web site.

If I try to insert Clipart into Word 2003 it will completely cause Word to
hang for about 10 minutes, after which time it returns a time-out error.

Basically all I am doing is an insert picture from clipart and then I search
for something (like a border). I go to the one I want to insert, and as soon
as I click on it it freezes.

Any suggestions?
