Default Paste Special - Picture (text losing color)

When copying data from Excel and selecting paste special - picture (windows
or enhanced metafile) into my word doc, all text is going to black and white?
Does anyone know where the setting is that adjusts this? This only occurs
on my computer and no one elses in my office.

There is a setting in Excel that might be doing this. In Excel, go to File |
Page Setup. On the Sheet tab, make sure that "Black and white" is not
checked.

Not checked. It's only the text color that goes to black (if cells are
filled with a color, the fill color stays but the text goes to black)

Ah, well that's different. I suspect that's conditional formatting, which
Word doesn't support, or which the Picture format doesn't support.
