JoAnn's instructions are concise and to the point. How well combining
documents works depends on whether they were constructed properly using styles. You can try a new document and then using Insert File for the first document to be included, then insert at the end a next-page section break (Insert Break) and use Insert File to attempt bringing in the the second. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
