Number of copies sticks in Word 2003
Hi,
Have a user who will print say 15 copies (can be any number) of a document, then next time she clicks print, it defaults to 15 copies (or whatever number she printed previously). Exiting and restarting Word will default it back to 1 copy. The printer properties are set to 1 copy. Other users connected to the same printer do not have this problem (they also run Windows XP Pro and Office 2003, all updates) Anyone know what could be causing this? thanks in advance |
