We have two computers with access to the same Word document that contains a
large table. One computer is able to print the document on one sheet, while the other cannot. On the one that won't print correctly, the software keeps wanting to change the left margin to 2.5" before printing -- bizarre! All attempts to change the margin back to the original spacing are met with the same "fix" message. Any ideas how to fix this? |

If you are using two different printers this could well happen, especially if
one computer is attached to a a laser printer (which has very small tolerances for printing) and the other is linked to a deskjet (which would need an inch at top and bottom of the page to get the paper through the rollers). Word will adjust the document to fit the installed default printer, but tables do not generally resize if page margins are altered. Check that both machines are printing to the same type of printer and both have the latest drivers installed.
