Default Protect a legal document yet allowing electronic signatures?

How do i protect the verbiage of a document yet allowing for electronic
signatures? I have a business agreement that I need to protect the terms of
the agreement yet I have a paragraph at the top of the document that needs
information entered by the person applying for the position. Then at the end
of the document, I have another area where more information needs to be
entered along with two electronic signatures.
