Is there any way of using more colours to shade table cells in Word 97.
The Drawing toolbar offers the More Fill Colors option, allowing you to specify the colour you want using RGB. Is there a simple way of using these colours to fill table cells? Thanks in advance. |

Word 97 offers only 16 "colors" for font text, borders, and shading. It
offers 24-bit color for drawing objects (including WordArt). You can achieve some color variation by using shading patterns that combine two colors, but if you want true 24-bit color you will have to either upgrade to a more recent version of Word or use an AutoShape to fill the text area. -- Suzanne S.
