Is there a way to set the header to only be on the first page of a document

Yes. Select "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup. For

Hi Sean,
In Word 2003, I would go to File, Page Setup, Layout, and select "Different first page" under the Headers and Footers section. Good luck with this! Karen |

Check "Different first page."
