is there anyway to use excel formulas in a table in word?

Instead of using a Word Table, insert and Excel spreadsheet. Other than
when you are actually working in the "table", it will appear, or can be made to appear the same as a Word table. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
