I am trying to do a mail merge using the results of an Access query.
My input looks like this (abbreviated): 1 smith title1 1 smith title2 1 smith title3 2 jones title4 I expect 2 letters, one to Smith with the 3 titles listed. The second to Jones with one title listed. What I'm getting is 4 letters. Is this possible? -- Lydia |
