Autocorrect and AutoText will work for more recent versions of Word. You don't
mention which your transcriptionists are using...

Thank you, but I already figured that part out. I am interested in turning
on the AutoCorrect and AutoText options within the protected form fields.

Word 2003.

OK... As I mentioned, they should work in Word 2003 form fields. Does the
information in these articles apply to the problems you're seeing with
AutoCorrect?

Yes and No. I'm talking about things like fractions and smart quotes - the
AutoFormat function. Ok, I guess I need to re-phrase my question. How do I
turn on AutoFormat in protected form fields? Sorry.
