how do i insert an ask variable in mailmerge ?
If a bookmark has been created using the ask command in mailmerge, how do I
get word to insert the value stored in the bookmark anywhere in my document. |

Hello Cynthia,
You need to insert the bookmark ref field into your document where you want the data to go. Press Ctrl + F9. This puts in the { } brackets. Just type the name of your bookmark within the brackets. Do this for every place you want to insert the data. Once in Press Alt + F9. This toggles all your field codes to hidden again.
