I'm on MS windows XP which was already installed on my laptop at time of
purchase over 2 years ago, but when I'm trying to create a template on my recently purchased ACT! 6 but error messages come up as "Unknown ProductVersion Major in C:PROGRAM~1\MICROS~2|OFFICE 11|WINWORD.EXE" "Could not determine MS word version" - Why not as I've specified the word processor as Windows XP? "ACT could not open your word processor. This may be as a result of inadequate security permissions in Windows Microsoft Word 2000 or 2002(XP)" - There are no security restrictions that I'm aware of! Word works perfectly otherwise. Can anyone help me correct this please and get my ACT! 6 and XP working together! I need easy steps as I'm no expert! Thx |
