Hi,
Is there any way that I can setup a dropdown box for a Word table, such that only a limited set of values can be inserted into a column. Regards Bo Rasmussen |

If this is a protected form, you can use a dropdown form field. If you don't
want to protect the document, you can use an AutoTextList field, but this will not prevent users from overwriting the field to enter a different value. For information on forms, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to. For information on AutoTextList fields, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/AutoTextList.htm -- Suzanne S.
