Default Microsoft Word 2003 not dock high enough for bottom tool bar

Microsoft Office Word 2003 cannot be docked high enough to see the tool bar
on the bottom. I have a 19 inch screen. I cannot locate any thing to reduce
the size of Microsoft Office on the screen.

There should be a control on your monitor that allows you to adjust the
vertical height of the image.
