Default Word should have a template to print onto Checks!

There should be a way to print onto Checks the amount paid, the date, and add
a note onto different kinds of Checks

Seems like using a shotgun to go after a flea. Use Money or Quicken, either
of which will print checks and also keep track of the account balance.

VersaCheck is Word templates that do this on blank check stock. Individual
personal checks are pretty small pieces of paper for many printers to
reliably print on them.
