Default problem in using word to document minutes of meeting

format always go wrong when someone make changes to the minutes. egs.
paragraph no doesn't run in sequence, text don't flow automatically to next
page, border line doesn't appear for some page

I think we need more detail. Are you using a table (as implied by your
posting here)? If so, how are the cells formatted (i.e., are they allowed to
break; are any formatted as "Keep with next"; etc.)? Are you using auto or
outline numbering?
