I am using Word 2000
I am creating letterhead. On Page one, at the top I have the Co logo, name
and address. On the bottom I put a footer with our telephone numbers.

Then on Page 2 - I put in a header, with just our logo, and checked the box
in page set up so that the header does not appear on the first page. But now
my footer only appears on the 2nd page and not the first.

I want the footer to stay on the first page and not on the second page.
What can I do to make this work?
