We have recently upgraded Office to 2003 (from Office XP). A user had a Word
document with hyperlinks to other Word documents, and to bookmarks within
these Word documents. Since the upgrade the links to the bookmarks in other
Word documents don't work (Word error: "Cannot open the specified file"),
although links to the documents themselves work fine.

For example, hyperlink
"file:///\\server\Users\username\Storders.doc" works, but
"file:///\\server\Users\username\Storders.doc#notes" fails.

Any advice greatly appreciated,
