Hi,
I am using Word 2003 and have a fax template that by default is protected. The default font across the whole fax template is Arial Narrow. I have some form fields so that when the document is protected the users can still type in their name and other relevant fields on the fax. When I protect the document the font changes to CG Times not Arial Narrow but as soon as I take the protection off the font is Arial Narrow. These faxes were created in Word 2000 and worked fine before updating Office to 2003. I hoping that someone has an idea what has happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Nicola |

Hi,
Just in case anyone else has the same issue what you need to do it when protecting the document, take the tick out of the box that says "limit formatting to a selection of styles" and then it works fine Nicola |
