Default Resume Wizard

I have Office 2003 Professional. Under File, there is no longer a "New"
button and therefore I can't get to the old Wizards, like Resume, or Fax
Wizard. Does anyone know if this was eliminated from this version?

No, it wasn't eliminated. Somehow it got zapped in your copy. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...oreMenuCmd.htm to get
it back.
