Default Avery 5162 labels no longer line up correctly when I type them.

When I typed Avery 5162 labels they always lined up and when I chose full
document of same label, an outline would appear so I knew I was typing
withing the label margins. Now, for some reason, no outlines show on the
full document of same label choice. Where did these outlines go and why
don't my labels line up correctly anymore?

When you have your page of labels on screen go to Tables, Show/Hide
Gridlines. See if that helps. This toggles the grid lines on and off. As
to why the labels don't line up with what you are printing is also my
question.
