Default How to save 15 separate docs from "a" to 1 doc on "c"

I have created 15 separate documents saving them under 15 different names on
a disk. I want to save these documents to my hard drive as 1 document so
they can be numbered and indexed. how do i save them?

1. Open a blank document.
2. Insert a reference mark (index, etc.) then go to Insert | File -
Browse and select the first of your 15 documents.
Repeat Step 2 14 more times.
Save
