following message: Why does this display & how can I get rid of it?

After I answer the message i get the following message below.
G:\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP\aware97.dot" contains macros by Caere
Corp. (It indicates that the certificate has expired or is not yet valid.
I am asked whether I want to disable or not.

This happens everytime I open word 2003 which I just installed on my
computer recently.

How do I get rid of these messges?

Caere Corporation is the publisher of OmniPage OCR software. Aware97.dot is
an add-in from OmniPage in the Office Startup folder. As you can judge from
the name, it was designed to work with Word 97, so it may well be useless in
Word 2003 anyway. You may want to move it out of the Startup folder, which
will prevent the messages.
