Why use text boxes? Why not just use columns? If you need text boxes, you
need to link them. -- Suzanne S. Create the two text boxes. Right-click the edge of the first. Select 'Create
textbox link'. Click the second. "DennisT" wrote in message ... Hi Dennis,
Draw both text boxes on the page. (After you draw the first one, click outside it so the cursor is in regular text, then draw the second box.) With the cursor placed in the first box again, click the leftmost button on the Text Box toolbar (it shows a chain link, with the tooltip Create Text Box Link). The cursor changes into a pitcher. Click in the second box. Now start typing in the first box, and any overflow will go into the second box automatically. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. Thanks to you all, my problem solved.
Sorry about the "feet/Fleece". You are right there feet do get a bit messy.
