There doesn't seem to be a Russian Word NG, and I'm afraid you may not get a
reply here unless you can post in something remotely resembling English. Or
you might try microsoft.public.ru.office or
microsoft.public.ru.russian.office.

Babelfish handled the question reasonably well. No idea whether the answer
is intelligible, though.

FWIW, the answer you gave previously was just a bunch of question marks in
my newsreader, even though I could see the Cyrillic in the original post.

Interesting. What about the subject line? For me, it's question marks in the
original but readable cyrillic in the responses...

Guess it's not intelligible, then.

My experience was the same: question marks in the subject line in the NG and
in my header when I replied, but readable Cyrillic in a reply if I actually
open it and view the header, which was pretty tantalizing, since the first
word appeared to be a Cyrillic transliteration of "format." The Cyrillic in
the quoted message body remains readable to me in my first reply, however.
