Remove an email address from suggested email recipients in Outlook
Unless turned off, Outlook will suggest names (email addresses) for email
recipients in the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: lines. This information is drawn from previously-sent email, which sometimes may have been misaddressed. How can you remove a bad address so that it will not appear on the list of suggestions? Thanks! |

than Word. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup. Please post replies and questions to the newsgroup so that others can learn from my ignorance and your wisdom. "d" wrote in message ...
